Nachos night with my macho! Uhh this sounds good with a good movie again. Something like.. hm maybe bit out of date fashion wise but I am all into Shameless. And it is not a shame to eat cheesy nachos while watching series, is it? C’mon it is just nachos now and who doesn’t want to relax? Said the girl, who goes to gym and wants to get thinner…
OK, high calorie and not the healthiest option possible to snack on movie night, but I tell You that is much better than a pint of beer! What usually ends up with more than pint and stronger than beer, but this is not an online lecture about alcohol harmfulness to human body, about that later, maybe, or maybe not. Today we about junk food. Yay!
I still asking myself why I haven’t got Mexican food obesession yet? Seems like a good time for it! I already tried Cheesy Vegan Tacos, which is amazing quick mid week feast meal, or a good option for weekend with friends. I need to think about more Mexican food in my diet, find some recipes, veganise them, try and share with You.
Cheesy Vegan Nachos
Delicious and satisfying, fiery chilli cheddar nachos are vegan and naturally gluten free snack for Your own, or You can make a massive bowl of it to feed all Your friends in the party. Friendly to most of the diets (check ingredients anyways) this could be the best solution for a quick and budget party foods.
For this recipe I won’t give any measurements, because I don’t know how big company is waiting for nachos, or how much You want to eat, so feel free to improvise with it!
Delicious Hot & Cheesy Nachos is the best ever gluten free vegan junk food so far. Loaded with spicy vegan cheddar with additional kick of jelapeno and creamy avocado, makes this naughty snack not so sinful, and so tasty!
- vegan cheddar cheese
- smoked paprika
- pickled jelapeno
- cherry tomatoes
Place tortillas on a baking sheet or big flat plate and add some cubed avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes and pickled jelapenos.
Grate cheese and mix with turmeric and smoked paprika. Sprinkle over tomato, avocado and jelapenos covered tortillas. Don't be greedy with cheese, load it up and it will be amazing.
If You chose baking sheet for nachos place it in the oven at 220 C on grill setting and bake for 5 minutes or untiil cheese is melted. If using a plate, put in into microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
