Simple and delicious no bake vegan gluten free flapjacks are so good! Crunchy oats with creamy cashews sweetened with naturally uplifting dates.
- 1 cup dry dates
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup oats (GF)
Firstly, soak dates and cashews in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain dates and cashews, place into food processor and add oats. Blend everything until smooth and sticky. You probably will need to scrap walls of food processor to make sure everything is evenly blended.
Finally, transfer mass into air tight container and put in a fridge or freezer.
