Smoothie season is opened. As usually I need time to understand the time and date and yes, I overslept first day of spring! What a surprise, huh? So wonderful that winter is over, now can calmly wait for summer, and maybe not oversleep it..? All fresh fruits and veggies and mostly good weather, hopefully. Yes, I live in England so we never know how summer gonna look like but I believe won’t be any snow, anywhere!
Alright, first of all, are You ready for spring, for bikini season or You gonna keep sweater on for longer? Because I will, maybe entire summer! Just hopeless I am and my belly, but whatever, we are all beautiful in our own way. Anyways, beauty comes from inside so better take care of vitamin intake and good mood. That is why smoothie is such a good option. Easy to make and delicious vitamin bomb which never tastes exactly the same.
Sunshine Spring Smoothie
Mild and creamy sweetness in a glass of smoothie. Uplifting fresh flavours and vitamins is all what You need in spring!
- 1 medium orange
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup melon cubes
- 1 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- desiccated coconut
Place everything in Your blender and blend until all ingredients are perfectly smooth. Sprinkle some coconut and enjoy!
