Tahini Almond Bites in Coconut

Tahini Almond Bites in Coconut

Tahini always been a strict savory condiment for me. For a long time, until I have been enlighted. Why sometimes I am so narrow-minded I don’t know, shamefull characteristics… Anyways, now I am better, I have tried tahini – the bitter sesame paste to make a sweet thing, and it is amazing!

Almonds and tahini are the best combination so far. I found this true once discovering a secret of tahined desserts. Usually, I have a small or not so small piece of chocolate as an after-lunch treat, or with morning coffee, but I recently decided to change my lifestyle a bit, and chocolate in the morning is one of those things. No reason or calorie counting, just a new habits developing. So we will see how it will go 😀

Another top treat for me was these Chocolate Oat Bars, as we all know peanut butter and chocolate are a classic combination. But let’s shake it a bit and change peanut butter to sesame paste, and skip chocolate !!!!! ! That would make a deliciously luscious combination. Why hadn’t I tried them together sooner?
