Vegan Ranch Dressing… Sounds incredible huh? Rich and creamy thick sauce on large mountain of salad!…I know, most of us are addicted to salads but vegans don’t eat Ranch dressing! So what, because we love our skinny salads, no matter than even the best combination becomes boring over the time. Easiest thing in my opinion, is just to go to supermarket and buy most avant-garde looking bottles You can afford and pour all that on Your greens. I used to do it, and salads always was delicious, but one day last year, actually in the end of last year I decided that I want to eat more healthy, and reduce my expenses, waste and waist, and that thickens my wallet! Win win situation.

Have You ever tried balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and bit oil? Good one, but what if You wanna eat package free and still have the best results? You can do it! Anyways, it could be hard to create dressings… Especially, that You never really know how it will taste before it’s done… I spent quite a few pounds on ingredients to get this right, but no worries, You don’t need that much money for this, I was experimenting… Honestly, some Youtube tutorials, some other blogs advice and finally I put together my own best salad sauce…

Rich and creamy vegan Ranch salad dressing made using simple raw organic ingredients crates amazing new fresh look for all times best salad dressing.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dry cashews
  • 1 stalk spring onions
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • juice of half lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh dill
Instructions
  1. Firstly, soak cashews in cold water at least 4 hours.

  2. After that, drain nuts and place them in food processor. Add spring onions, maple syrup, lemon juice and fresh dill. Depending on Your own preference add some water to help blend and adjust the thickness of dressing.

  3. Finally, season with salt and pepper and pour on Your favourite salad!

Recipe Notes

You can make more of this dressing if You like, and keep it in a fridge for up to 3 days. (Maybe more, but I like fresh food)
