Matcha Chia Pudding

Healthy and filling vegan Matcha Green Tea infused Chia Pudding with some sweet and tangy fruits for perfect flavour combination

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi
  • grapes
  • 1 sachet matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp spirulina (optional)


  1. Firstly, mix chia seeds, matcha and coconut milk until most o seeds are in the bottom of bowl and leave to soak at least 4 hours or overnight, if planning to eat it for breakfast.

  2. Once chia seeds absorbed all liquid add maple syrup and spirulina, if using. I recommend add maple syrup if You try spirulina for the first time, otherwise feel free to choose.

  3. Finally, add Your fruits and any other toppings of Your choice and enjoy!
